Full Spectrum Doula

Responsibilities

• Serve as a birth and full spectrum doula providing emotional, physical, and educational support
• Provide pregnancy education and assist in the development of birth plans
• Offer in-person support during labor and delivery
• Provide practical postnatal support including breastfeeding assistance and meal preparation
• Collaborate with the Partum Health care team to facilitate scheduling and patient communication
• Engage with clients via a HIPAA-compliant messaging app
• Maintain schedule visibility and conduct client interviews to ensure fit

Requirements

• Completed full spectrum certification as a doula care provider
• CPR certification
• Willingness to maintain professional liability coverage
• Ability to work in the Chicagoland Area

Preferred Qualifications

• Years of experience as a birth doula
• Commitment to staying updated on newborn and maternal care guidelines (AAP, ACOG)
• Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills
