About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit passive candidates through proactive market research and assess them against Amazon's leadership principles.
  • Manage and prioritize searches to provide well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines for high-volume tech roles including SDE, Data Engineer, and TPM.
  • Leverage industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative sourcing methods and scalable candidate pipelines.
  • Screen and attract top talent by assessing skills and qualifications while guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Utilize best-in-class candidate engagement and pre-closing strategies to build rapport and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors to meet customer talent needs.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
  • Participate in project work focused on operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technology recruiting experience.
