About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit passive candidates through proactive market research and assess them against Amazon's leadership principles.
- Manage and prioritize searches to provide well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines for high-volume tech roles including SDE, Data Engineer, and TPM.
- Leverage industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative sourcing methods and scalable candidate pipelines.
- Screen and attract top talent by assessing skills and qualifications while guiding them through the hiring process.
- Utilize best-in-class candidate engagement and pre-closing strategies to build rapport and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors to meet customer talent needs.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
- Participate in project work focused on operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
