About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop strategic hiring plans
- Develop and refine job descriptions for highly specialized FPGA-related roles
- Proactively source niche technical talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while acting as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the semiconductor or FPGA industry
- Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles, and the technical talent landscape
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche technical talent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Ability to overlap with EMEA (Europe, Israel) time zones to support regional stakeholders
