Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming how the global jewelry industry operates. We connect buyers and sellers of diamonds and jewelry, providing a transparent and efficient way to source and trade within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the platform regularly to compile lists of goods ready for collection
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness for goods pickup
• Work closely with the logistics administration team to ensure timely collection
• Verify collected goods and accurately update their status in the system
• Ensure goods received at the office are verified and properly recorded
• Mark collected goods appropriately in the system to maintain accurate tracking
• Support the logistics team with quality checks, barcoding, and shipment preparation
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with operational platforms
• Good communication skills
• Basic English proficiency (reading and writing)
• Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus
• Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work extended hours when required
