Fulfilment Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and act as a liaison between logistics service providers and zooplus
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, KPIs, and reports, leading corrective actions when necessary
• Conduct weekly business reviews and GEMBA walks to identify and resolve operational issues
• Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and lead projects related to customer satisfaction
• Analyze service levels, costs, and material flow processes to ensure efficiency and stability
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to investigate capacity increase projects
• Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for FC network processes, developing standards and training other managers
• Oversee inventory levels of consumables and optimize usage

Requirements

• Several years of strong experience in 3rd party logistics (3PL), preferably in e-commerce or B2C
• Profound competence in process and material flow analysis and intralogistics
• Practical experience with Lean Management or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven experience in managing medium to complex operational projects
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and technical requirements
• Demonstrated people management skills
