Fulfilment Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy partners with onboarding, account setup, and system access
• Resolve order-related issues, allocation discrepancies, and stock concerns
• Investigate delayed orders and address issues preventing dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses and carriers
• Manage the end-to-end process for consumables orders
• Generate KPI reports regarding inventory levels and order accuracy
• Maintain SOP and documentation via Guru cards
• Conduct regular audits for pharmacy inventory stocktakes

Requirements

• Prior experience in a community pharmacy, dispensary, or pharmacy support environment
• Dispense Technician qualification or equivalent pharmacy dispensing experience preferred
• Experience supporting customers or healthcare providers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
