Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment technology and pharmacy automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient delivery
• Develop thorough requirements for software and process enhancements to drive operational and quality impacts
• Obtain organizational alignment and buy-in for fulfillment changes
• Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources
• Achieve project ROI as defined in budgets and project charters

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment, specifically in a Coreflex enabled environment
• Extensive experience in technical prescription fulfillment processing
• Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing, including NDC selection and adjudication
• Strong project management skills and ability to specify hardware/software requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude for Pharmacy Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience within a pharmacy fulfillment setting
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracting for technology implementations
