Fulfillment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fulfillment operations business plans including production requirements, labor hours, and SLAs
• Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met
• Oversee safety and quality during manufacturing and fulfillment processes
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure fulfillment orders are completed as expected
• Supervise, motivate, and train direct employees and temporary associates
• Monitor production processes and customer SLAs to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Work closely with the Quality department to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Perform administrative activities including compiling and retrieving fulfillment data for reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, operations, or fulfillment experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with planning and shop floor scheduling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
