Fulfillment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a frontline team of Associates and Senior Associates, including onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Build and execute daily production plans, allocating labor across workstreams to meet fulfillment SLAs.
• Own site quality outcomes by performing root-cause analysis on defects, mis-picks, or return trends.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PL, repair, and refurb vendor partners, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales and IT.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and pilot process improvements using data-driven insights.
• Oversee the site safety program and ensure all SOPs are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations.
• 1-2 years of experience directly leading a frontline hourly team.
• Proven experience as a hiring manager for hourly roles, including coaching and performance management.
• Track record of owning and hitting daily operational KPIs such as cycle time, accuracy, and on-time ship rates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read dashboards and perform root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lehi/Salt Lake City, UT.
• Familiarity with operational tools such as NetSuite, RF Smart, Salesforce, or Zendesk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Background in healthcare, dental, or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing reverse logistics, returns programs, or asset recovery.
• Experience managing 3PL or external vendor relationships.
