Fulfillment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the team including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
• Build daily production plans and allocate labor across workstreams to meet SLAs
• Own quality outcomes and conduct root-cause analysis for defects or returns
• Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PL, repair, and refurb vendor partners
• Identify and pilot process improvements to scale operations
• Use data and analytical reporting to drive operational decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations
• 1 to 2 years of direct experience leading a frontline hourly team
• Experience as a hiring manager for hourly roles
• Proven track record of hitting operational KPIs like cycle time and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis
• Ability to work full-time in office Monday through Friday in Salt Lake City, UT
• Familiarity with NetSuite, RF Smart, Salesforce, or Zendesk

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated environments
• Experience with reverse logistics, returns, or asset recovery
• Experience managing 3PL or vendor relationships
