Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional order flows to ensure correct syncing between Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL warehouse management systems
• Resolve order exceptions including address validation errors, inventory stockouts, and SKU mismatches
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with partners such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely departures
• Perform inventory reconciliation tasks and assist in weekly cycle counts to investigate stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to provide updates on high-priority orders and transit delays
• Audit outbound packaging and documentation to ensure compliance with domestic and international carrier requirements
• Analyze fulfillment reports to identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks to leadership
• Support reverse logistics by ensuring returned products are processed, inspected, and restocked according to policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent operational experience will be considered)
• 1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external 3PL partners
• A proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and report generation
• Experience using Shopify, NetSuite, or common Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with regional carrier networks and domestic shipping regulations
