Fulfillment Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scan guns and picking stations
• Prepare items for shipping by packaging, labeling, and attaching documentation
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify item condition and order accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet order deadlines and resolve issues
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and unusual issues to shift supervisors
• Assist with cycle counts and cross-train in other areas during peak periods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, push, and pull continuously
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder for overstock
• Willingness to work Tuesday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods
