Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations for manufactured products
• Perform daily routing of vehicles while maintaining DOT compliance
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities
• Ensure delivery drivers operate in compliance with all regulations and company policies
• Plan and schedule maintenance for Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and delivery vehicles
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results
• Train employees on packaging specifications, quality identification, and METRC functions
• Adhere to safe work practices, GMP, and HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience directing and evaluating hourly employees
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain state cannabis industry badging

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• BS/BA degree
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen or Gemba Walks
