Fulfillment Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unloading, staging, verifying, and put-away activities
• Manage inbound schedules and coordinate receiving priorities with customer SLAs
• Supervise warehouse associates responsible for outbound order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor daily workflow and adjust labor in real time based on order volume and carrier cutoffs
• Use WMS and RF scanning tools for real-time transaction visibility
• Track and monitor KPIs such as receiving cycle time, order accuracy, and labor productivity
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Lead team huddles, performance reviews, and safety briefings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and warehouse safety rules
• Train, coach, and mentor associates while managing daily attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and handheld Android devices
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
