Fulfillment Center Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure the line is properly staffed and ready for the workday
• Assist the Supervisor and internal groups to meet customer requirements
• Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory
• Coordinate with other teams on processes and procedures
• Monitor production standards and ensure compliance with company rules
• Ensure all priority orders are shipped in cartons
• Perform order fulfillment duties including reviewing and prioritizing orders
• Pick, pack, and check orders for shipping
• Troubleshoot system issues and communicate escalations
• Identify process improvements within operations
• Maintain work area cleanliness and comply with OSHA guidelines
• Manage daily attendance and associate compliance

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of distribution or warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience with WMS systems is a plus
• Ability to manage communication via email and Slack
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
