Fulfillment Center Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, staging, and return workflows
• Prepare and verify outbound shipments using ERP and shipping systems
• Own inventory accuracy through receiving, putaway, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and training materials to operationalize workflows
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement efforts
• Train and oversee temporary labor or additional staff as volume grows
• Maintain an organized, safe, and audit-ready operating environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory control
• Strong hands-on experience with inventory management and fulfillment workflows
• Proficiency with ERP, shipping, or inventory management systems
• Ability to build and improve operational processes in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with SOP development, audit trails, or quality-focused operations
• Experience with reverse logistics and returns processing
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience working in a startup or early-stage operational environment
