Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an order list
• Fold and prep clothing professionally to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience
• Tag and organize incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
• Process customer returns and assist with basic administrative warehouse tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

• Experience working in apparel retail or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to travel to our South SF warehouse Monday-Friday
• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hours a day (stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach)
• Ability to climb and descend stairs safely and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability
