Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging
• Securely package products to prevent damage during transit
• Restock inventory and assist in conducting inventory audits
• Label and ship packages using correct carrier services
• Handle returns, inspecting items and restocking as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders processed
• Assist with customer inquiries related to shipping and order status
• Work closely with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail for order accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
• Passion for gaming or collectibles
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
