About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack e-commerce, wholesale, and store restock orders with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and assemble packaging to exact brand standards
- Identify products via sight and barcode
- Maintain organized and fully stocked bin locations
- Count and receive inbound products, ensuring they are cleaned and barcoded
- Process returns and restore product to sellable condition
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical counts
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace and follow safety standards
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and sense of ownership
- Availability to work weekday shifts and every Saturday
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
