Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack e-commerce, wholesale, and store restock orders with speed and accuracy
• Prepare and assemble packaging to exact brand standards
• Identify products via sight and barcode
• Maintain organized and fully stocked bin locations
• Count and receive inbound products, ensuring they are cleaned and barcoded
• Process returns and restore product to sellable condition
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical counts
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace and follow safety standards

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in high-volume environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and sense of ownership
• Availability to work weekday shifts and every Saturday
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Experience with Google Suite and Slack
