Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack e-commerce, wholesale, and store restock orders with high speed and accuracy
• Prepare and assemble packaging to exact brand standards
• Identify products via sight and barcode
• Maintain and restock organized bin locations
• Count and receive inbound products, ensuring they are cleaned and barcoded
• Process returns and restore products to sellable condition
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical counts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety standards

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Experience with Google Suite and Slack
