Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble, and pack orders with high accuracy and urgency
• Manage inventory through regular counts, reconciliation, and organization
• Oversee end-to-end flow of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform quality control to ensure shipments meet brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
• Support kitting projects, bulk orders, and custom client requests
• Troubleshoot inventory gaps, order discrepancies, and shipping delays
• Collaborate with fulfillment and account teams for seamless execution

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environments
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and shipping
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Proficiency using inventory systems and warehouse tools
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a small, dynamic startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities during large-scale projects
