Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from inventory and package them according to packing slips
• Deliver prepared packages to the shipping team
• Operate office machinery and equipment as needed
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and adherence to established workflows and processes
• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight shipping deadlines

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the facility for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 40 lbs
• Proficiency with computers and Apple software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fulfillment operations or e-commerce
• Experience working with durable medical equipment (DME)
• Proficiency with ShopifyPlus, Microsoft Excel, Word, or Outlook
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving
