Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex client access and data integrity across Salesforce and internal fulfillment platforms
• Manage user access and entitlements, executing both manual and bulk user provisioning
• Analyze and configure client trial and production access by interpreting contract terms and entitlement rules
• Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related issues, liaising with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders
• Perform technical troubleshooting of access and entitlement issues by reviewing system logs and validating data flows
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes by identifying control gaps or inefficiencies
• Participate in testing and validation of new system enhancements and document findings for production deployments

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in fulfillment operations, technical support, or a data operations role
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and managing structured templates
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize competing requests
• Master's degree or MBA in finance, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
