Fulfillment Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Ensure fulfillment of police records orders by researching Law Enforcement Agency websites for accident and incident reports
• Perform data acquisition and validation following strict business rules
• Maintain, update, and terminate orders through Order Maintenance systems
• Update and manage both internal and client databases
• Process and procure police reports online as part of the fulfillment workflow
• Verify order information using internet tools, maps, and lookup tools
• Conduct outbound calls to police agencies to update order status and gather data validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• Research background with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to work shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques
