About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments to support manufacturing flexibility and avoid operational constraints
- Ensure alignment with advocacy and product integrity principles
- Maintain and utilize technical tools and databases related to finished product quality
- Investigate customer complaints and field quality issues to ensure products meet application requirements
- Support product lifecycle activities, including development and deployment, in cooperation with third-party laboratories
- Provide technical guidance on product quality, blending, and performance additives
- Communicate technical findings, test results, and project progress to internal stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of industry developments, including OEM, competitor, and supplier trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
