Fuels Product Supply Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end supply logistics via pipeline, marine, rail, and truck
• Coordinate with traders, optimizers, and refineries to forecast and plan supply schedules
• Manage inventories to agreed targets while maintaining reliability for customers
• Nominate requirements to carriers and interact with third parties daily to execute movements
• Partner with trading and optimization teams to identify and capture market opportunities
• Support the development of cost-effective solutions for planned and unplanned supply disruptions
• Ensure adherence to credit guidelines, regulatory compliance, and transportation policies
• Serve as a key interface between accounting and the business line for accurate third-party payments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience scheduling or coordinating bulk liquids or gas movements
• Experience in refining, pipeline, or chemicals operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP, Analysis for Office, or Tableau
