Fuels Pricing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement fuel pricing decisions in line with Retail Pricing Strategy for over 1,000 retail sites.
• Calculate and communicate fuel prices, dealer sell-in prices, and margins using global pricing tools.
• Analyze and forecast volume demand for retail fuels at the Turkey and depot levels to support cash flow and stock management.
• Develop high-quality business information analysis and reports on site-by-site sales and margin evolution to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with trading, supply, and retail stakeholders to ensure an end-to-end approach to pricing and profitability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including volumes, C5 margins, and market developments.
• Represent the company in external meetings with government officials regarding pricing and legislation.
• Support the implementation of tactical pricing and protection clauses during intervention periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pricing management and demand forecasting.
• Strong capability in business information analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in monitoring KPIs and analyzing market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills to work across sales, operations, and supply functions.
• Ability to utilize complex pricing tools and IT systems for rigorous margin and volume optimization.
