About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue ground and aircraft fuel of various types, including cryogenics products
- Inspect and refuel vehicles, ensuring all equipment, tire pressures, and fluid levels are at appropriate levels
- Maintain and operate the Fuels Laboratory to ensure quality of fuels, cryogenics, and lubricants
- Perform quality control checks on all fuel storage facilities and submit repair requests as needed
- Operate and refuel vehicles while ensuring proper grounding before dispensing any grade of fuel
- Conduct all operations in a safe manner and halt work if hazardous conditions are observed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Current, valid Class B CDL License
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 to 75 pounds and climb steps or ladders
- Ability to qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
- Valid state-issued driver's license and basic mathematical skills
