About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for fuels and lubricants by identifying and acquiring new customers
  • Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed sales goals and market strategies
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers through proactive needs assessment and ownership
  • Generate program proposals and communicate pricing or product changes effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams and resources to support business development and promotions
  • Support market research, brand awareness initiatives, and the collection of past due accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge through networking and professional training
  • May supervise and coach Account Representatives to ensure high levels of customer development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales environments
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver professional presentations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in sales planning and product development
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and price strategy analysis
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in the petroleum industry
