About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform fueling and lubing of heavy equipment
- Monitor equipment fluid levels
- Conduct quality pre-operation machine inspections
- Assist with MSHA regulatory training and compliance
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping for machines and work areas
- Document training checklist requirements and regulatory forms
- Marshall and wash equipment
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
- Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA and MSHA regulatory requirements
- Valid and insurable driving license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- Flexibility to work various shift schedules including days and nights
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
