Responsibilities
- Trade congestion products in multiple ISO/RTO markets
- Conduct research and design new trading strategies
- Analyze trades and positions using market knowledge
- Examine trading ideas and mentor analysts on the desk
- Collaborate with various trading desks across the firm
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an FTR trader or in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of any ISO/RTO
- Experience with the complete life cycle of a strategy and portfolio risk management
- Experience with modeling and programming techniques
- Analytical mindset with comfort in probability and statistics
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
