About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the transfer of client holdings from other plan managers and facilitate re-registration processes.
- Process large, volatile volumes of data within strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Drive initiatives toward process enhancements and maintain daily Management Information (MI).
- Identify operational issues and participate in discussions to implement effective resolutions.
- Manage process escalations independently and maintain accurate records of all checks performed.
- Handle ad-hoc business requirements and work toward achieving role-specific competency models.
Requirements
- Proven ability to process large volumes of work with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in shifts to meet business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage escalations.
