FSQA Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly quality checks on in-process and finished goods
• Evaluate products (WIP, FGs, ingredients) for compliance with quality standards
• Conduct equipment quality checks to ensure consistency and safety
• Confirm food safety and quality processes are active across the production floor
• Respond to quality concerns and guide the corrective action discovery process

Requirements

• 2-4 years of food manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of GMPs, FSMA, and HACCP
• High School Diploma
• Experience in quality assurance
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• ASQ or other quality-related certification or training
