FSQA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide employee training and instructions on FSQA checks, inspections, and documentation
• Develop, motivate, and coach a team of hourly FSQA technicians
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, and SOPs
• Initiate RCA investigations and execute CAPA requests for nonconformities
• Report food safety and quality problems to authorized personnel
• Use structured problem solving to improve product safety operations

Requirements

• Associate degree or related leadership work experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance
• Demonstrated track record as an FSQA leader
• Proficiency in computer literacy for data input
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
