FSQA Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead food safety and quality management for the precut category across international suppliers
• Conduct on-site supplier audits and approval visits in Europe to ensure compliance with EU legislation
• Lead onboarding of new suppliers and products regarding food safety, legal, and traceability standards
• Drive strategic quality improvement initiatives to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction
• Own supplier performance metrics including complaints, out-of-spec deliveries, and compliance KPIs
• Investigate quality incidents using root cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Requirements

• Science-based degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Management within the food industry
• Proven experience auditing food manufacturers using GFSI standards (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000)
• Solid understanding of EU food safety legislation and international supply chains
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 20%)
• Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, processing, or supply chains
• Experience working across multi-market organizations
