FSM Developer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs to create system solutions supporting Field Service Management (FSM) and business strategies.
• Configure and maintain FSM, PSO, and Mobile solutions, including related middleware.
• Document system requirements, define scope, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Act as a primary IT liaison and point of contact for business functional and technical inquiries.
• Support all implementation phases of the product lifecycle and troubleshoot root cause issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistics, distribution, scheduling, dispatch, and routing.
• Conduct informational training sessions and develop standard operating procedures for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience providing technical and functional support for FSM systems (Logistics, Distribution, Routing).
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft development tools and programming.
• 2+ years of experience with IFS product configuration.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud, DevOps, Visual Studio, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework (WCF, MVC, API), and SSIS.
• Proven ability to document business data requirements into logical data models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IFS FSM, PSO, Mobile, and Cloud products.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, FSM, PSO, or Project Management.
• Experience in food and beverage, manufacturing, or service/repair industries.
