FS Tax Senior Manager - Private Capital

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of technically complex UK and international tax advisory projects
• Drive the creation and growth of key client relationships through exceptional service
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to support their professional development
• Contribute to team management, including strategy, operations, and assignment allocation
• Support the growth strategy within the private capital market

Requirements

• ACA, CTA, Tax Inspectors qualification, or equivalent Law/Tax specialist qualification
• Strong technical tax skills with familiarity in advising individuals, families, or investment structures
• Proven experience in coaching and developing junior staff
• Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead effective teams
