FS Tax Manager - Private Capital

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of tax advisory projects including UK corporation tax, international tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to support their professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including global financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
• Drive proactive business development initiatives to secure new work.
• Collaborate with other EY offices globally and interact with HM Revenue & Customs and other third parties.
• Contribute to team strategy and operational management.

Requirements

• ACA, CTA, Tax Inspectors qualification, or a relevant Law/Tax specialist qualification.
• Strong technical tax skills with a proven track record of delivering UK tax advice.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially aware environment.
