FS Prime Services - Settlements & Collateral - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of international loans, borrows, loan returns, and mark-to-market transactions daily
• Execute daily cash movements and monitor/resolve pending or failing transactions
• Interact with traders, client management, fund groups, and counterparts regarding trade settlements
• Execute instructions to receive or deliver securities from counterparties
• Confirm end-of-day re-pricing and money movements with counterparts
• Review contract compare records to validate positions with each counterparty
• Coordinate responses to inquiries regarding transactional activity with traders and corporate actions staff
• Identify and analyze operational risks and recommend procedural improvements
• Run and log critical reports to the balance sheet and provide relevant statistics

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related financial program
• 8+ years of experience in Trade Settlements, Mark to Market, and Collateral Management (NA/EMEA markets)
• Strong knowledge of Agency/Principal Security lending, Investment Banking, and Custodial Services
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work US Shift (06:00 PM - 03:00 AM IST)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as NCFM or NCCMP
• Exposure to Equilend, Prium, MCH, DTC, and Crest applications
