About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to define and execute winning growth strategies for both Mondelēz International and the customer
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels of the organization
- Execute customer-specific strategies and ensure the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP)
- Optimize resource use to drive increased operational profitability

- Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and expanding market share
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results
- Understanding of multiple customers, go-to-market strategies, and business practices
