Responsibilities

• Prepare and open the breakfast buffet
• Work in the hot kitchen, at the buffet, in the dining room, and with dishwashing
• Ensure the buffet is fresh, well-stocked, and inviting
• Prepare conference coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome guests and handle restaurant service including taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Operate the Trivec POS system
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas and handle dishwashing tasks

Requirements

• Experience in breakfast service, restaurant, or similar service roles
• Ability to work early mornings starting at 05:00 and weekends
• High level of service orientation and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work across different stations and shifts
