About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer service and advice regarding the fruit and vegetable assortment
- Drive sales through professional product consultation
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and attractively presented
- Implement promotional measures and marketing displays
- Maintain quality assurance standards, including HACCP and expiration date monitoring
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
- Open to career changers with professional training provided
- Previous experience in food retail is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
