About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and expert advice regarding the fruit and vegetable assortment
- Drive sales through professional product consultation
- Manage stock replenishment to ensure well-stocked and organized shelves
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, expiration date control)
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
- Career changers are welcome and will receive professional training
- Previous experience in the food retail sector is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
