Fruit & Vegetable Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and advice regarding the fruit and vegetable assortment
• Assist customers with questions and requests to drive sales
• Restock and organize shelves to ensure products are well-presented
• Implement promotional measures and attractive product displays
• Ensure quality assurance by monitoring expiration dates and following HACCP standards

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Clerk)
• Open to career changers (Quereinsteiger) with provided training
• Experience in the food retail sector is a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
