Fruit and Vegetable Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Perform shelf stocking for the fruit and vegetable sector and ensure its maintenance
• Ensure product supply and availability
• Control and guarantee product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Orient, inform, and propose products/solutions to professional clients
• Participate in commercial actions including sales floor exchanges, phoning, and client meetings
• Work transversally with the fresh department team and sales force to develop turnover
• Participate in the life of the METRO hall by setting up and animating collective actions or events
• Exchange regularly with buyers or local producers

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the fruit and vegetable sector
• Organization and rigor
• Teamwork skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and taste for challenges
• Field-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
