Fruit and Vegetable Operator

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with a proactive sales approach tailored to their business needs
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the section's operational areas
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Monitor and control product validity and quality using FIFO/FEFO methods
• Collaborate with store management and peers to execute store/section strategies

Requirements

• Minimum education equivalent to 12th grade
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety (preferred)
• Experience in similar roles, preferably in wholesale or retail
• Availability for rotating shifts and rotating days off
• Customer orientation
• Planning and organization skills
• Problem-solving abilities
