Fruit and Vegetable Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the fruit and vegetable department according to seasonality and customer needs
• Oversee product presentation, merchandising, and stock availability in collaboration with producers
• Drive department performance by meeting turnover, margin, and hygiene standard objectives
• Lead, train, and develop a team of 5 employees to enhance their skills and professional conduct
• Ensure high-quality product assortment and maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent professional background
• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent management role
• Proven experience in team management and staff development
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on quality and service
