Fruit and Vegetable Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the fruit and vegetable department based on seasonality and customer needs
• Oversee product presentation, merchandising, and stock availability in partnership with producers
• Drive department performance by meeting turnover, margin, and hygiene standard objectives
• Lead, train, and develop a team of 5 employees to enhance their skills and professional conduct
• Ensure high-quality product assortment and maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent educational background
• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent management role
• Proven experience in team management and staff development
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent customer relationship management skills
