Frontliner (Offline Store)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right secondhand mobile phones
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash/card transactions
• Assess the condition and functionality of secondhand mobile phones according to company standards
• Provide customer service by handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges
• Accurately record sales, inventory levels, and customer transactions
• Promote offers, discounts, and new stock to drive sales

Requirements

• Willingness to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
• Experience in retail, preferably with mobile phones, electronics, or secondhand goods
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to assess the condition and function of secondhand mobile phones
• Basic knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, and technology
• Proficiency in handling payments and using POS/invoicing systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
