Frontline Support Lead Engineer/TPM

Responsibilities

• Support VMware Horizon / Omnissa environments, including VDI sessions, connectivity, and performance
• Manage user accounts, access, and end-user environments across Windows and Linux ecosystems
• Troubleshoot SMB/CIFS shares, mapped drives, and application-specific issues
• Provide support for Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and other critical engineering applications
• Handle software deployment, updates, and lifecycle management
• Perform L1–L2 troubleshooting across OS, network, and application layers
• Support backend systems including Linux environments and compute/HPC setups
• Diagnose network and VPN issues impacting user connectivity and application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to SLAs

Requirements

• Experience with VMware Horizon / Omnissa Client
• Strong understanding of Windows-based user environments and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and basic administration
• Experience with SMB/CIFS, file shares, and access management
• Familiarity with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Knowledge of application deployment and support processes
• Basic understanding of networking and VPN troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Ansys/FEA tools
• Experience working in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments
• Proficiency in macOS Horizon client troubleshooting
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge
